AngioCam™

The Opto AngioCam 4.0 is a fully integrated angiography system for the general ophthalmologist or practice. This innovative product is designed to perform Fluorescein Angiography, Indocyanine Green (ICG) Angiography, Red Free and Colour Fundus Imaging with the ease and convenience of the digital format.

Highlights

High Resolution ICG Angiography: allows study of deeper choroidal blood vessels, providing additional information which may not be available through a fluorescein angiography.

User Friendly Software: easy and quick to operate. Photographs can be taken with the joystick or foot pedal. To assist the operator in the positioning and focusing, a secondary camera provides a side view, facilitating the examination and reducing time.

The software allows for easy integration with the practice workflow through its adaptable features, flexible patient data entry, customisable print templates and other functions.

Advanced Digital Image Processing: features advanced digital image enhancement functions and tools for area measurement and analysis, including:

  • Selected Area Magnification
  • Digital Scattering Reduction System (to assist photographing through opacities)
  • Image Overlay
  • Area Calculation (mm 2)
  • Optic Nerve Head Analysis for Glaucoma

Improved Patient Comfort: during fundus observation, positioning and focusing, the illumination intensity is reduced to 20% to make the exams comfortable for the patient. When the photograph is taken, the illumination is set to 100% for only 1/10 of a second, providing sufficient light and enhancing picture quality.
